New User Registration

All, welcome to the new devoted Aircraft Scheduling Interface for Crookston Aviation Service. Listed below are policies to be used in conjunction with all previously signed rental agreements, posted policies and procedures, and applicable regulations.

1. No Pilot may schedule aircraft for more than 4 hours without prior approval.
2. No booking multiple launches back to back. i.e. 4 hours followed by more launches.
3. Comments must be added to each scheduled flight; Pilots must add the location that the flight will be conducted in the Comment section. (Flight is only considered 'Local' in the event the aircraft only lands in CKN).
4. Flights must be reserved under the name of the Pilot who will conduct the flight.
5. Pilot Scheduled must be in the Left Seat (unless prior approval).
6. All Pilots must upload the following documents with photo to HoldShort in order to schedule: Photo I.D., Medical, Pilot Certificate.
7. Flight Review date must be added to system in order to schedule (Pilots need not upload photos of additional endorsements or Flight Review.).
