Aircraft Rental Agreement

by using this site the above mentioned user agrees to this rental agreement

Certifications and Currency:  renters must hold a valid and current pilot certificate with appropriate ratings.  Also renters must possess proof of a current biennial flight review, medical certificate, and an aircraft checkout with a pilot designated by On Eagles' Wings.  The person named on this rental agreement shall be the pilot in command and will flyt the aircraft from the left seat.

Payment Policy:  All new renters must pay for each flight at the time of the flight.

Aircraft use:  The aircraft are available for personal use only.  They are not to be used for commercial use and no insurance coverage is provided or implied for commercial use.

Fuel purchases at off-site locations:  The aircraft rental price includes any fuel that is put in the aircraft at the Sumter Airport.  A partial reimbursement will be given to the renter for any fuel purchased off-site.  This reimbursment will be the number of gallons purchased times the OEW current cost of fuel.  the retail mark-up of fuel at off-site locations is the responsibility of the renter.

Overnight usage:  Aircraft rental is on a "first come, first serve" basis.  They may be rented overnight for as long a period as requested.  When a rental is overnight, the renter will be charged either the actual rental flight time or the minimum of 2 hours rental per day kept, whichever is greater.
