7.2 Reservation Types (including Maintenance)

By default, a Reservation will be set to a regular flight. However, Managers may add a Maintenance Reservation by clicking the appropriate reservation type.

NOTE: Adding a Maintenance reservation will send all regular flight reservations to the waiting list. In the event that the aircraft becomes available earlier than expected, simply shorten the maintenance reservation and flights scheduled at or after that time will become active once again. Users will be notified via e-mail. It is recommended that the administrator personally notify those Pilots to ensure that they are aware that their reservations are back on.
